I just went there for the first time and I am definitely planning on going back. The customer service was excellent, the prices were reasonable for the area and the environment was comforting. Leslie is amazing...

Previously a loyal customer for 4 years but stopped going b/c I lost a $50 deposit that I had to pay for a cancelled appt, since I didn't give 24 hours notice. I was never told of this policy, otherwise I obviously would have called, not wanting to lose $50 or put my hairdresser out. My hairdresser ignored my call to discuss and was finally called by by the receptionist to see if I wanted to leave a message. At this point, I was so fed up with being ignored and mis-treated that I cancelled the appt. and told them they had just lost a loyal customer of the past 4 years. The one postive thing I can say is that the receptionist was very polite and aplogetic, I feel bad that she got caught as the messenger. So please be aware, no customer loyalty!
