Leslie--Best highlights EVER!!. You walk into this salon and you wouldn't think you're gonna walk out with 5 star service, but see Leslie!! She works magic on hair color. I've been to many salons, seen many hair stylists for highlighting service, and no one has ever performed such miracles! She listens to what you ask, then makes it even better! She has a gift for color & cut. My highlights are so natural--Leslie spends at least over an hour adding multiple colored highlights, lowlights, touching up her work, then letting it sit & adding toner with a perfectionist quality. Then comes the cut, and how often can you find a hairdresser great with color & cut, but Leslie can do it all!! She's a sweetheart too. Best of all, you go to check out, and with as many as 4 shades of full-head hi/low-lights, I've never paid more than $200 (quite reasonable for Boston)

Excellent. I just went there for the first time and I am definitely planning on going back. The customer service was excellent, the prices were reasonable for the area and the environment was comforting. Leslie is amazing...

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!. Previously a loyal customer for 4 years but stopped going b/c I lost a $50 deposit that I had to pay for a cancelled appt, since I didn't give 24 hours notice. I was never told of this policy, otherwise I obviously would have called, not wanting to lose $50 or put my hairdresser out. My hairdresser ignored my call to discuss and was finally called by by the receptionist to see if I wanted to leave a message. At this point, I was so fed up with being ignored and mis-treated that I cancelled the appt. and told them they had just lost a loyal customer of the past 4 years. The one postive thing I can say is that the receptionist was very polite and aplogetic, I feel bad that she got caught as the messenger. So please be aware, no customer loyalty!

Salon 2. This is one of the best salons i have ever been to. Not only was the service amazing but my hair stylists fullfilled my every request. It was simply sublime
