Housed on several floors, this personal beauty emporium offers the latest in cutting-edge services, and all the requisite primps and prods, to a varied clientele. While it does provide clients--from suburban housewives to professional athletes and everyone in between--with every salon procedure under the sun, what makes it stand out is its overwhelming assortment of spa therapies, treatments and wraps. In the basement floor's 20-odd treatment rooms, patrons are twisted, dunked and contorted in ways previously thought unimaginable. Among the most rewarding services are the soft-pack body wrap…
Worth Every Penny!

I am an extremely picky customer. I've gotten my hair cut in salons across the country, and I have to say that the best cut and color I've ever gotten was at G20! The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and I didn't feel like anyone was trying to rush me anywhere. My stylist made sure I was comfortable with every step before he continued. I wanted something new and fresh, and I got an extremely versatile hairstyle that was phenomenal. The thing about the cut I got was that it grew out very well. The stylist made a lot of bold color and cut decisions, but they were all in great taste, and I was thrilled with the results. It was expensive, but you get what you pay for, and I'm waiting until I can save up enough to go back!
Better services elsewhere on Newbury

I went here for a facial and haircolor and was less than impressed by the service and skills of the staff. First of all, the facial I received was the least relaxing facial I have ever received. I have been up and down Newbury Street for facials and, on a whim, decided to try the facial at G20. BIG MISTAKE. Compared to other spas, G20 was by far the worst for the amount of money they charge. The technician was really rough with my skin, left me alone for several minutes during my facial and I ended with several bruises on my face the following day! Other spas are much more relaxing, professional and technically competent! DO NOT GO HERE!
To top off the worst experience ever, they also forgot to charge me for my haircolor service and had to call me after I left the salon to ask me whether or not they could use my credit card on file to charge me for the additional service. They overcharged me and were argumentative with me over the phone. I will definitely not be returning! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. There are several other places on Newbury where you will get better service!

I have been going to Lisa Zogalis for quite some time now and don't ever plan on going to anyone else..
She is amazing and I highly recommend going to her if your looking for a new stylist or are just in need of flawless extension work.
honestly she has the freshest ideas and techniques and is completely under rated.
G2O is truly what anyone could ever look for in a saloon/spa
