If you are looking to be treated with no respect, and be made fun of to your face, this is the place. Not only has it happened to me, but I have heard the employees do it to other customers on several occasions. employees are ignorant, rude, and really pushy, only wanting to show you the $3000+ bikes, and ignore you if you want something cheaper. bike selection is weak, place is crowded and narrow.
