Why can't all shops be like this!. Why can't all bicycle shops around here be like this. They have shop dogs! The place has friendly service, staff who really know what they are selling and no hard pressure. They don't work on commission and they price match. We were looking for a mid level road bike and they offered us a life time of free tuneups, 20% off accessories, and a huge discount on a full fitting. They actually encouraged us to check out a few other shops and to take our time about spending $2000. So that's what we did, we checked out two other shops and were so unhappy. With that said, you probably already know the conclusion, we went back to back bay bicycles and we are so happy with the purchase and service. Check them out!!!!!

Awesome little shop!. The shop is small but has everything you want or need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I brought my bike in for a simple repair and they were really busy but made time to fix my bike. They told me to get coffee and when i came back 30 mins later, it was finished. I've been back a few more times and always had a great experience.

Displeased and angry. If you are looking to be treated with no respect, and be made fun of to your face, this is the place. Not only has it happened to me, but I have heard the employees do it to other customers on several occasions. employees are ignorant, rude, and really pushy, only wanting to show you the $3000+ bikes, and ignore you if you want something cheaper. bike selection is weak, place is crowded and narrow.
