In Short – With its lunchtime combo plates averaging around $5 and dinnertime ones costing a few bucks more, Hsin Hsin ranks among the city's top spots for cheap eats. Given the prices, it comes as something of a surprise that white meat chicken is used and the vegetables are reasonably fresh. Expect a no-frills dining environment and a lengthy menu of familiar Chinese favorites: Peking ravioli, sweet-and-sour chicken, etc.

Best in the City Crab Rangoons

I had been looking for good crab rangoons since I moved into the city. We tried so many chinese places and finally - we found the one. The crab rangoons here are the best I've found (though I've found better outside of Boston) - and I'd recommend it if thats all you're looking for.
