Terrible customer service. This is one family business that does not have a clue what they are doing. Customer service is terrible. They completely messed up my delivery, were extremely rude and offered no help in correcting the situation. While the location is convenient you would be better off going elsewhere for a mattress. I will never go back.

Bad Customer Service. I would never buy anything here again. We had a problem with our delivery and all this "family-business" could do was blame their siblings for the mistake. We should have known there was a couple fighting with one of the owners while we were there buying our mattress. Again, it was a lot of pointing fingers. I do not recommend this place, get your mattress elsewhere.

Amazing customer service. My girlfriend bought a mattress set here over Labor Day weekend. The staff in the store were courteous and friendly and gave her a great deal on a luxury mattress. When the delivery company screwed up delivery of the bed, Sleep-a-rama staff worked it out to deliver it themselves that same day-- way above and beyond our expectations of regular retail service. This is a wonderful, family-owned business, and I highly recommend it.
