Each BHAC location has its fair share of cardio machines and Cybex equipment. Group exercise classes include kickboxing, power yoga, spinning and pilates. Every location maintains a staff of certified personal trainers; sessions run by the hour or half-hour (discounts available when 10 sessions are purchased). Most locations have steam rooms, some have tanning rooms.

came in on my vacation for a quick workout. This place is nice and modern,, but it's small. I like the staff and have nice talks to people about the area. Good place
