Looses Clothing - - Go Elsewhere. We've been using American regularly for 2 years. Generally, no problems, but recently I brought a shirt in to have it cleaned and pressed. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have it. I returned a week later, still no shirt. They lost it. The shirt was not cheap, but accidents happen. However, they refused to take ownership for their mistake and give a refund for the cost of the shirt or a credit for future services. This is NOT the way to maintain a business relationship. I will never give them business again.

If you live in the neighborhood, go to A-Plus Cleaners (literally right behind the State House). They are cheaper and friendlier and just as convenient.

fabulous, customer friendly. Cannot give enough praise, courteous, always friendly, fine cleaning.

Live in Neighborhood. Great hours of operation. Always dependable
