The owner (and sole employee) of this place is rude, unwelcoming, and he is certainly not in business to make or maintain loyal customers. BEWARE...he will rent you non-functioning DVD's, and then BLAME the damage on YOU upon its return!! I would steer-clear of this place and rent elsewhere!!
Pros: covenient for North End residents
Cons: Horrible customer service, poor selection, expensive
