I was absolutely disgusted with this restauraunt. The service was horrible, the food was just okay. The owner, who was also the host of the evening was continaully quoting people RIDICULOUS wait times. He told us 20 minutes and we sat down (only to wait another 20 minutes to be greeted) over an hour and a half later. Not to mention, he was always leaving the host stand to go right outside the front door and smoke a ciggarette...and upon returning did not ONCE wash his hands. He treated his employees awful, I witnessed him talking down to two different waitresses. I would absolutely NOT recommend this eatery to ANYONE, EVER. It's a shame it is my only experience eating in the North End.

The waitress really knew how to jack up the bill, I didn't care I wasn't paying for the dinner it was just obvious and a bit obnoxious. She wouldn't give a strait answer and over insisted we get 2 of each appetizer that we ordered. On to my personal experience with dinner i ordered the salmon which was alright in my opinion the broccoli was better than the fish. everything has the appearance of quality but if you look close enough and ignore all the smoke and mirrors you might as well go to cappys corner because I'm pretty sure most of the ingredients at ricardos comes right out of a 5-Gallon bucket. ~ dissapointed
Pros: nice to sit next to a window
Cons: cheap tasting expensive food.
