Best quesadillas in town. Ive been going to this resteraunt for years, and Theo is just so good. I love the new expresso machine, but the best is Regina, the nicest waitress ever, who anticipates your every need and remembers everyones name. CUte too!
I LOVE this place.. I was always disappointed that there were no all day breakfast diners around the North End(where i live) to go to on the weekends. When I found this place it answered my prayers. I now go there every weekend. It does get a little packed on the weekends but its worth the wait. The food is pretty much made right in front of you, the family that owns and cooks at the place is so nice and everything is so delicious. If you like a good hearty breakfast after a long night of partying, this is your place.
Thankful surprise. Pouring rain, umbrella collapsed, I dash into Theo's to ask the owner/chef, what would he have tonight? The fresh fish Brazilian style...thank you very much I say, and comply - to take out even, and the result was superlative. I hadn't eaten all day and this was the perfect; a spicy fresh fish, peppers, tomatoes, onions, and rice dish to accompany a full flavored white or lighter, spicy red wine. They saved my day from the gray weather Boston mediocrity.
casual diner; great breakfast spot. Tired of all those try-too-hard-to-be-fancy, stuffy Boston establishments? Theo's is a simple, no frills diner with great food. Dishes are standard favorites. Price is unbeatable. You'll be back every weekend!
Editorial Review. Low-key North End eatery is popular with locals for its cheap breakfast sandwiches.
Best pancakes!!!!!. Great weekend breakfast find...you may have to wait a few minutes before getting in, but once you do you will be so happy! I hightly recommend the pancakes, but all of the food is fabulous and the prices are great!!!
