A Gem!. Hands down, the best bakery I've been to! A great spot for after dinner/drinks, they're always open and serving the most delicious pastries around. Don't leave without a Peanut Butter Bar! Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Canoli's are superb as well. Easily surpasses Mike's!…
Worth the trip.
My husband and I travel to Boston at least once a month from upstate NY and never leave the North End without getting our Bova's fix. It's worth getting off Hanover Street to support this small
establishment. The waitstaff is always great no matter what time you are there.
My husband can't get enough of the bread. The last time we were there they gave us a free small loaf that just can out of the oven. We couldn't wait to eat it so we ate it while walking down the street. My favorite dessert is the eclair. The chocolate on top is the best. Make sure to buy enough to eat there and to bring home with you.…
Authentic Italian Pastries. My wife and I met at Bova's so it holds a special place for us. You could say we met over a CANOLLI!! The ingredients are fresh, the staff is super friendly and you can't beat the atmosphere at the North End.
