awkward aint the word....
"Massachussettes State Auto Dealer Association this is blank how can I help you this afternoon."...is how the employees answer the phone...and it is quite a mouthful...the service is horrible, the employees apparently serve coffee and donuts to the male director every morning and refill his cup throughout the day...disgusting...
The walls are blank, call are unanswered and messages are not returned...ever
