One of the best. I have owned a unit since it became a condo.

Current management does an excellent job and are always finding new ways to improve the quality for tenants.

Communication via computer is excellent. I have good experience using, saved time and is efficient.

Trustees are responsible and very professional. Many improvements have been made over the year with costs kept low. Good reserves. Overall I wouldn't think of selling or moving.

The bobbysegar21 must be a chronic complainer who probably should move to public housing where the services may be more suitable to his whining.

HORRIABLE PLACE TO LIVE. YEAH I CURRENTLY LIVE IN TREMONT ON THE COMMON LET ME TELL YOU THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS AWFUL TO DEAL WITH . I HEARD FROM OTHER TENANTS DURING A PROBLEM WE HAD IN THE BUILDING THEY WOULDNT FIX IT THE RIGHT WAY , ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS THE VIEW BUT IF U WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE DOO - DOO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU SINCERELY , BOB SEGAR

Nasty management company, but not a bad place to live. I lived here from 2001 to 2003 in one of the front-facing studios with a balcony on a high floor. We paid a hefty price for the stunning view, and let me tell you, it was STUNNING, and we didn't need curtains or blinds either.

We did some minor work on the unit, just refinishing the ugly parquet floors in a very dark stain (gave it a much more contemporary look), and the management company was really difficult about it.

Other than that, great location, loved living there. Also loved using the residents-only pool in the summer.

I would recommend AGAINST using the realtors on the ground level for trying to sell your place, however. They were unprofessional and incompetent.
