This review is solely based on the employees at this establishment. The merchandise is good (although expect to pay higher prices for everything). The people that work here are miserable! I have gone in there now three times and always am amazed at how annoyed everyone who works in there appears to be.
Pros: beautiful yarn and lots of books on knitting etc.
Cons: the employees could not be ruder
