Best tailor ever and work have very good quality. Kim is very nice and thoughtful of her customers.

I was both highly insulted and disappointed in the quality of the work at Kim's. I was lied to several times about when my pants would be ready, and was highly disappointed in the pants when they arrived. The sowing was uneven and the length was wrong. I have also never been so insulted by the way I was treated by a "tailor" in my life. I felt like the person continued to lie to me each time I called and talked rudely to me to others in the store. I couldn't believe how bad the experience was. DO NOT USE KIM'S.
