Great customer service, and knew exactly what I needed for a vaction

Very knowlegeable, helpful and great customer service... I will never book on the internet again... Always available to help. I recomend them for eveyr type of travel, high end, budget or corperate..

They have planned my last 10 trips withhout one erroror problem.... I sugggest useing them you can not go wrong...

Terrible customer service, rude

booked me on an airline in africa which lost my luggage (as we all 4 other suitcases on the same flight) and then would not help me to follow-up on my claim. i still have not heard anything about my reimbursement and this is two months after my trip. my mother also lost her luggage on another of the flights they booked for us.
