Never go here. I got the worst haircut ever today, I almost started crying in the salon. I asked for a trim, and the hairdresser cut off about 2 inches! I have a bob to begin with, but now it's almost short enough to be a pixie cut, and so matronly - even though I'm in my 20s. On the way out, I had to ask for a bobby pin to put my bangs back, because they were absolutely butchered!! And, to top it all off, the website said a haircut, including wash, was $32, and I was charged $40. The person at the desk told me that the price increased because I was with a "senior stylist", which is BS - a) She was under 30 years old, and b) a "senior stylist" should be able to give a simple trim.
Pros: Convenient Location
Cons: Don't Listen to What You Want, Price Increase

I got my hair highlighted and cut about a week ago. I didn't have an appointment and the only available hairdresser was what they consider the highest in their ranking because of their experience. Now, just because someone has 10 years of experience doing hair , it doesn't mean they are any good at it. She worked fast and put the partial foils in in about 15 minuts and then put me under the heating lamp to hurry the process. My natural hair is dirty blond so the heating lamps were unnecessary and in the many years I have been going to the hairdressr I have never been put under heat with foils and bleach in my hair. I care very much about the health of my hair and needless to say it looks lifeless and ruined now, not to mention alot of it is falling out.She then proceeded to give me a choppy haircut that only looked good that day, and a blowdry that hurt because of how hard and careless she was pulling on my hair. All in all, it definetly wasn't worth the $160 plus all the money I am spending on nutritive and moisturizing conditionors and masks to bring my hair to health again. The hairdresser obviously didn't care about me or my hair other than taking my money and getting me out her chair as soon as possible. I believe that women deserve to be pampered when they decide to spend money on such services and this experience was far from it.
Pros: Magazines were nice
Cons: Everything else
