Coffee Exchange No More. The Coffee Exchange is gone from 32 Summer. I think Boston's Best Coffee list needs to be updated.

coffee's the best at Boston Coffee Exchange. I think that the coffee served here is top notch. They are constantly introducing new flavors for those who enjoy them and their house coffee is excellent. The staff is attentive and cheerful.

This place is an undiscovered jewel. The coffee and nibbles are great and if you are on the run and need a last minute gift there are always a few gift baskets on hand selection of well known wine.

Feels like home/but the coffee is better. This coffee bar is great. There is always nice music playing, the people are cheerful and, helpful. They take the time to greet me by name and often have my drink ready before I order.

Many better choices nearby.... This coffee shop sells some of the worst coffee around. The bakery options generally stale as well. Take it from me, I work in the same building. I would walk 4 or 5 blocks in rain to get a cup of coffee instead of drinking their coffee.

Coffee With Class. Though hidden away in a cozy corner of an office building, this little gem is definitely a diamond in the rough. With its comfortable surroundings and a helpful hand as you walk in, you are sure to walk out one very happy customer. The well trained Baristas behind the counter will not only help you find that delectable item to please the tastebuds to keep you coming back for more, they make it a point to remember just what that sensational find was upon your return. Coffee with Class, and a little pizazz. Well done!

Coffee-lover's paradise with a loyal following and big selection.. The Scene
Don't let the address confuse you, as this tiny, jam-packed coffee stall sits on the Summer Street-side of a generic office building, across the street from Macy's. And the size of the shop doesn't reflect the number of items offered, as no other coffeeshop carries as wide a variety of drinks and coffee/tea paraphernalia. The staff is renowned for its friendliness and commitment to service.

The Food
Stellar baked goods are available, including excellent coffee cakes, muffins and cheesecake slices from the Cheesecake Factory. That said, beverages are the Exchange's business: Light blends, dark blends and specialty drinks abound. Coffee snobs swear that the house decaf is the best there is, hardly distinguishable from the real thing. And at least one of the store's interesting flavored coffees is always available. Springtime brings a bevy of cold choices, from coffee and tea to smoothies.

Not a chance!. I think the owner(s) stayed up late during some August evenings and posted a slew of anonymous reviews. The coffee here is no better than your basic "office" blend. Too many choices, not enough quality to go around. BCE, Starbucks and the like should learn from Peet's -- one daily regular blend, one daily decaf blend, tea and no flavor shots (except for mocha): simple, yet the kind of coffee that would make Juan cry with pleasure!

Fast. My goal is a quick stop for a great cup of coffee. I get both at the Boston Coffee Exchange plus a smile from the friendly servers.

wonderful. I no longer work in the city but when downtown will go out of my way to get to the Boston Coffee Exchange.

They get the best foam on a skim milk Cappucino!! Others should take lessons!
