Horrible DO NOT USE this establishment!. $425.00 gown needed to be altered. Went in for fitting and they marked gown accordingly. Went back to pick up gown when ready (1.5 weeks later) and dress was 2.5 inches off! . Could not even come close to zippering and owner claimed that my body had changed! They took another 5 days to bring the gown back to orginal state by taking out the alternations. Went back again for fitting. Took another 1.5 weeks to complete the alterations. Went back again and tried on gown...now too loose! To boot, the three times I had to go back the gown was hanging out in the reception area with no cover and the dress is chiffon and beads ; the dress was dirty and beads were loose (not the condition it went in with and I had a gown bag that was never returned!) Gave up and asked them what they were going to charge as the alternations were not done properly and they informed me it was full price! So 4 weeks later and a gown that does not fit for full price! DO NOT GO! While I was there another patron was in the shop picking up dry cleaning that had been "missing" The owner explained although they found the dry cleaning, it was not going to get there until the next day! He stormed out exclaiming for them to just "keep the shirt"! Another highly satisfied customer!

Poor work and won't stand by it. A pair of Piazza Sempione pants had a zipper malfunction shortly after tailoring. I brought them back to Pacifici hoping they would fix them. They handed the pants back to me and said it was Piazza Sempione's fault. I spent hundreds of dollars with Pacifici getting suits tailored. The work and the prices are questionable and they obviously won't stand by the work even after it's obvious something is wrong. Now I have to have these pants re-tailored. Bring your nice clothes someplace else.

Friendly Service. ALways does a great job. I have been going to Pacifici for long time now. They are always do a great job with my alterations. The service is always friendly and fast.

Can fix and alter Anything. I have this bad habit of not being able to throw away clothes. I get so emotionally attached to them that I can't seem to let go. So I go to my favorite tailor shop, Pacifici. If there's a tear or hole in my clothes, which there is a lot of the time, they somehow fix it like new. Also, I had lost weight , and they fixed up my clothes to fit my new size. I work in downtown boston so it is easy for me to drop off my clothes on the way to work. They also have dry cleaning.
