Fantastic Service. Thanks to Boston's charming brick sidewalks I got a nasty nick on the heel of a brand-new pair of boots. I brought the boot to this shop on a Friday hoping to have it back by the following Tuesday. They told me it would be ready in 20 min.! The repair job was flawless, fast and it only cost $5.00.

To think I almost used a Sharpie on it instead...

very bad. it is called "instant shoe repair" and has a sign "heels while u wait", but when i came to have my heel tips changed, they said they'll be ready in a week!!! i went to another place ane had my shoe fixed in 10 minutes!

19 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE!!!. Excellent workmanship. Fair pricing. After a terrible experience at Odessa shoe repair on Washington street I went to Beacon Hill Instant Shoe Repair. Vadim is a craftman with 19 years experience and in ten minutes he replaced the shoddy heels that were put on my boots two weeks prior for $6.00 less. I'll never go anywhere else. You shouldn't either!
