Impeccable Service!

My fiance had my engagement ring designed by Serjeo and it was absolutely stunning. The quality of the diamond and setting was top notch. We moved from Boston to Virginia about a year and a half ago. When it came time to design our wedding bands Serjeo was our first and only choice. We traveled all the way from Northern Virginia to Boston just to see Serjeo. My fiance and I had no idea what type of wedding bands we wanted. Serjeo helped us through the process and made many helpful suggestions. He never tried to sell us something we didn't want. We are a young couple and price is very important. He helped us to stay well within our budget.

When you meet Serjeo you immediately know that customer service is paramount and his top priority is to create quality work for a fair and competitive price. Serjeo is patient and kind. He did not rush us. We felt welcome and special in his studio. He will help design a piece for you that is uniquely you. I know that my ring is special and nobody else will have anything like it. He is no doubt the best jeweler in Boston and perhaps the country. I will never go to anyone else to buy or design jewelery.

Best Jeweler in Boston, you will NOT be disappointed

I would highly recommend Serjeo. I went to the jeweler that made myoriginal wedding rings. As it was my10 year anniversary, my husband and I decided to get them reset by her. Long story with her that I won't go into as there isn't enough space, ended up with us getting our old setting back ruined and the stones lose.

I didn't know where to turn to get them fixed. I did a google search and up popped Serjeo's name and all those nice reviews. I wasn't sure about them, but decided as all I had was a bunch of stones and a setting that I couldn't use, the situation couldn't get any worse.

Well, Serjeo took his time and examined my stones, pronounced them real (wasn't sure after the way the other jeweler acted shady) and asked me what I wanted. I showed him pictures and he took out some settings he had and we modified them slightly to accommodate what I was looking for. He said they would be ready in 2 weeks and charged me a very reasonable price, he showed me what the price of gold was going for at that moment so I knew he was being honest from the start. He took my ruined settings and gave me money back for them, again, showing me the price right there.

I went and picked up my rings as promised and they look absolutely amazing. I cannot tell you how many comments I receive on them and how many people I tell who to go to for their jewelry. There are a lot of unethical people out there but Serjeo is not one of them. He is in fact a master craftsman and a pleasure to do business with. I cannot say enough nice things about him. I took a chance knowing nothing about him except these reviews and I can say, I am so pleased I would recommend him and his services to the world. Wonderful working with you Serjeo. If anyone bumps into my husband, mention to him how lovely a 40th birthday gift from Serjeo would be!!

A pleasure to work with

Serjeo has been such a pleasure to work with. My fiancee and I heard about him from a friend that bought his engagement ring there. I had a picture in my head of my wedding band and couldn't find it anywhere. Serjeo immediately accommodated my request and 2 days ago we picked up our two rings for the wedding. My ring is light and comfortable, sparkly and beautiful. My fiancee's ring is sturdy and fits his hand size well (i often thing men's rings are too clunky).

Serjeo cleaned my engagement ring (that we got somewhere else) and it sparkles so much now. He said to stop by anytime and he will clean it and my new band.

His prices were in line with other jewelers... except he makes everything from scratch and it is custom done.

Kudos to Serjeo. He understands the drama of weddings and does his best to make getting the rings a seamless process.
