DO NOT GO HERE!!! The people that work here are VERY RUDE. They have NO customer service skills. The have no idea about wine and how you would pair it with food. The owner/manager guy is SO RUDE, he just seems so mad all the time. Really does not make me want to spend money there. The beer/wine is ALWAYS luke warm, it is never cold or even chilled. You will have to go home it put it in the freezer to make it drinkable. I am sure they are trying to save money by not turning down the temp of the coolers. But again this shows how badly this place is run. The place is SO DIRTY and depressing. The layout does not work, makes it hard to find items. They have NO champagne selection. Their wine selection is not great either. They do not have enough in their inventory, there might be 3 bottles. Which shows that they are not spending the money in purchasing a case for their inventory. The credit card machine never works. It will 90% of the time freeze up there system! BRING CASH. The prices are VERY high. I accept it just because it is located downtown and easy to access for me. I will not be going there anymore. I would rather drive and pay high gas prices than go here. The experience I had today has totally turned me away and makes me want to inform other of how bad this place is.

Pros: Location

Cons: Poor Customer Service, Warm Beer

We loved this place. We went for our one year anniversary and everything was excellent. The wine was amazing, a huge list of only top quality wines but with very reasonable prices. The food, even better. We had the three course meal for two which features a cheese fondue, four entree fondues and a chocolate fondue for dessert. We were extremely impressed with the Wine Cellar and would recommend it to anyone. It was truly one of our favorite restaurant experiences.

Pros: everything

Cons: none
