Horrible customer service. I called this agency to inquire about what kind of deals they had for Spain. All I wanted is to see what kind of offers they had. The lady I spoke to told me I was wasting her time. I quote "Honey, why don't you go ahead and do it your self, I am in the middle of something right ow." and she hung up on me. I called back again, to speak to a manager/owner and she said that she was the owner. That's all I needed to know. I would never recommend this agency. I ended up purchasing the tickets myself through cheaptickets.
Cheats Her Customers, Bad Communication, Weak Agent.
It took probably twice as long to get anything done with Annie. She loosely got details for our trip together, only when we pushed and pushed her to get moving on things. She mis-quoted us on prices, pretended that she makes money only on certain parts of the trip. But then tried ripping us off for over $1000 by padding the costs!!
Always ask for a detailed itemized list of costs. She pretended she never sees them, but she indeed does. We found out the actual costs by coincidence and luckily were able to confront her about it. Her sleazy used-car-salesman ways will eventually help her fail at her business. We found that she is not even associated with any regulation, associations or boards. Her business name isn't even registered anymore - if the federal government learned about this, she will be shut down.

Awful customer service. I originally called and talked to a woman who seemed like the owner. We had a great conversation, and she said she was going to send me an itinerary, but she didn't for 3 weeks. Finally, she sent one after 3 weeks and it was nothing close to what we talked about. So I asked for a few changes, she said she'd work on it, and get back to me "tomorrow", and just never did. I emailed her and she apologized for not getting back to me and said she'd been sick, but then I didn't hear from her again for another 3 weeks. After reading the other review on Citysearch, this routine of not returning phone calls/emails seems to be the norm for this agency.
Booking trip for me then left me hanging. I was booking a honeymoon to Tahiti with this travel agency. I was working with an agent both on the phone and by email. She gave me a quote. I asked to change a hotel. And then she just never wrote me back. I left several phone messages as well as emails asking if she was going to continue working with me and she just ignored them. Horrible customer service!
