Great Service Great Price and super fast!

Years ago I had gone to Raders to get a watch engraved and it they did a really nice job. This time I had ordered a pewter bowl but I needed it engraved in a hurry for a reception that night. They had what I needed in stock and they were able to have it engraved in only 3 hours! It was BEAUTIFUL. Everyone there was so helpful and professional. I have heard good things about them in the past and they did not disappoint.

Unscrupulous, Rude Business Owner

This company is run by Warren Rader and he has NO sense of customer service. I placed an order over the phone with him for an engraved christening cup for my goddaughter. When I picked the cup up it was defected. I pointed out the flaw and was told that I was being picky and that since the item had been engraved he could not refund my money. I showed the cup to several of my friends not pointing out the flaw but just asking them what they thought of the cup. Every single person noticed the glaring flaw. If we can't be picky about items that will become family heirlooms when can we be picky?

Long story short I contacted the manufacturer of the cup and fortunately they understood good business practices. They contacted Rader's Engraving and informed them of their responsibility to examine items before engraving them and told him to accept the return. THANK YOU Empire Silver!!!

Rader's Engraving has a -D scoring for good business on another site...wish I had seen this before I worked with them.
