I've never been in any place quite like this one. So I took the plunge one day and went in. I should have just kept walking! I didn't expect much since it's a jewelry outlet. However, I never knew that diamonds could look so yellow/black and be overpriced all at the same time. The diamonds were bottom of the barrel and the service was horrendous! An older woman was my sales associate and she was terrible. Clearly should not be working in sales. Ignorant at it's greatest. I ended up walking out laughing because the sales associate I had was giving an attitude like you expect to find at a high end boutique. Only I've never been treated that way in a high end store. Usually the sales associates at high end stores realize that exceptional customer service and a quality product make the sale. Perhaps that's why this sales associate was arrogant? Do your homework before you consider shopping here. Learn everything you can about diamonds color, cut, clarity etc. You'll be glad you did.

I have bought a number of pieces of jewlery at Ultra Diamonds and have been satisfied with them all. They have some really good sales and that is usually when I buy. The staff is very helpful.

My fiance bought my e-ring from here. The sales associate was nice when we walked in together. My fiance didn't have a problem when he was buying the ring. She actually sold it to him for less then she was suppose to and she was urging him to hurry and pick it up. He manager was giving her a hard time about it. They have warranty policy where you have to bring in the ring every 3 months to have it checked and cleaned. This has to be done other wise you are dropped from the policy. I don't mind this because it forces me to make sure the setting is good and I get it cleaned. They have a great selection of bracelets, watches, necklaces, etc. I plan on buying a ring for the right hand as well. I love the styles they have and affordable. The location is far from me but they opened a store in Boston that I can go to have it checked. My fiance studied diamonds for a long time before he bought the ring and they have a good selection. I would go back.
