Worst place to go for coffee. These people cant get a coffee order correct to save their lives...



I ordered a small coffee with cream only - I received a small coffee w/ multiple packets of equal, in fact so much that the coffee is completely undrinkable.



My friend ordered a french vanilla with 2 sugars - and received a non flavored coffee with no sugar.



How hard is it to make coffee?



this is not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. They've lost me as a customer.



Update: I called to let them know they my order was not correct. They don't answer the phone, they hang up on you when the line connects. So, not only do they not do their job correctly, they are the rudest customer service people I have encountered.
