Worst customer service. Worst staff members there. very rude! told us about a dozen rules that did not make sense. We had to know our whole partys order to sit?? They wouldn't let us sit without one person's order...makes no sense. Get rid of your staff re hire everyone that has a positive attitude for the business not negativity the moment you walk right in the door. Probably wont eat there again.

Have it THEIR way.... Most restaurant owners (mom and pop's like this one) go out of their way to give the customer what they want...not this place. The wait staff is so out of breath telling you what they WON''T do for you that it's a wonder they have energy to do their jobs. Town Spa Pizza WILL NOT:

- Accept credit cards

- Seat incomplete parties (yeesh! what if one party

members is legitimately late??)

- Mix sauces on the pizza (they don't tell you this until

you order)

- Make a half veggie half cheese pizza (the two sides

won't cook evenly...)

- Hire cordial staff

Special orders DO upset them. Their pizza isn't good enough to make such demands of CUSTOMERS (who I might add are the reason they're in business). Have it their way or the highway...

team: work as a whole. ive beeen to town spa a a fewtimes just the other day infact when i walked in the grundgy establishments ake out room i walked over to the poorly stocked beverage cooler and got a coke mosleyed over to the registers to have the take out employee neglect to make i contact with me so she could finish her papper link chain for her count down till she went to mexico.untill she loudly hollered to the back corner were 2 other empoyees were horseplaaying with there uniforms rolled up and percings uncovered to "come help this dude:" 1 employee replied "iiight" came over and said"whats up" .......i gave my name she serched her screen then loooked puzzled and said ohh yea that was the order i got on the phone i forgot to place it in the kitchen hold upp......i waited .....20 minutes later she comes back from the back with a bag and handes it to me....in says have a nice day....pretty poor serice the take out offers is horrible and is killing the vibe for the whole restarant.if i was a cook there i would be upest at the fact there desroying the name that the cooks made throught hard work in the kitchen such a shame for the name to go under beacause poor register clerks..clean up your act townspa..remeber the rule of 10.

Not what it used to be. I asked for the onions to be cooked prior to making the pizza and I was told that "the grill cook cooks the onions and it was too hard to give it to the pizza cook"

REALLY??? is it that hard.

I used to love the place...but now it is tired and so are the staff. I won't be back. Plenty of better pizza joints.

Big bad changes. We used to drive out of our way for Town Spa Pizza. The last several times the pizza has taken longer than they said, and was cold and greasy. How can it be late and cold. It must be sitting on a table out back.

The staff that used to be so friendly is surly and unhappy. Somethings changed over the last 2 years.

Thier Pizza. I think they have the worst, greasiest pizza you can find except for cape cod cafe. sorry for the 1 star I pressed it by accident. You pizza lovers who think that is good pizza should try APPLOL'S IN CANTON That is the best pizza and best of all they are not GREASY and the crust is light, flaky and crunch...YUMMMMMMMM.

Incredible. This pizza shop is very close to me, only about 3 miles. I have always lived close to it, and it has always been my favorite pizza. Nothing else can be said, seriously the pizza is awsome. My favorites are hamburger, linguisa, and peperoni. If you are looking for another great pizza place close to here, Deninos is great. These two places wil always be my favorite. Deninos is great, but very greasy. That doesn't bother me at all, if you can do the grease ... DEFINATELY at least give it a shot, especially hamburger

Big Bust. Having been to Town Spa in the past and enjoying it, we drove for a half hour to get pizza. We haven't paid with anything but cash so it was a shock to hear that they don't take credit cards. Instead, you get to use the ATM that the Stoughton bank charges a fee of $1.50 and my bank charged $1.50. That would be fine if the prices at the Town Spa were a bargain but they aren't. A bar pizza with a topping is costing you over eight bucks. No deal there. Even still, if it were to die for then they could justify the cost and inconvenience but IT'S NOT. The pizza was way too cooked at the edge with white, floppy crust on the under side. Add to that the fact that we had a waitress with zero personality and you can guess that we won't ever go back and the advice that we have is to skip it and go some place that is at least consistent like Papa Gino's. Next time I plan on trying my hand at making one at home. It can't be worse.

Better than your average pizza. I picked up some pizzas from Town Spa Pizza over the weekend. The one thing that I really liked about their pizzas was that they were generous with their toppings - unlike a number of national chains and local pizzerias. I did find it a little greasy, but the crust was nice and crisp (not burnt) as I had asked them for extra crispy crust. They do say (on the box) that the pizza contained MSG - just FYI.
