SLOW and misleading. I bought a vehicle 12 days ago and I still have not received it. The dealership did not submit title paperwork until 6 days after the purchase date. When I call all I get are excuses. I could have driven to the DMV, filed all necessary paperwork and paid all fees and been back to the dealer within 1 day. No pressure what so ever. I recently purchased a F150 from Baystate Ford. My salesperson, Jeff, I don't remember his last name, was awesome! There was no pressure what so ever and he even talked me out of a vehicle because he didnt think I needed it. I originally went in to buy and F250 but after talking with Jeff we decided that there really wasn't any reason to spend the extra cash....is this guy a salesperson? I don't think so! No pressure at all. About 2 weeks before I bought my car, I had stopped by Baystate to have a look around and test drive a few cars. When I meet Kevin, I explained my intent and the type of car I was looking for, and without any pressure at all, he showed to a few cars that we thought fit my needs and let me take them out for a test drive.After deciding to go with a Ford vehicle, I went back to Baystate because of the great service I got and met Gerry who patiently listened to all of my concerns and answered everything to the best of his knowledge, and if he didn't know where I could go for the answers.
