Roto-Rooters Plumbers from Stoughton did a great on a blocked main drain line. We had tree roots growing in the pipe. Ken showed up at midnight to help us! Midnight!! He was efficient, thorough and meticulous in clearing our line. Ken was extremely professional, super tidy and offered helpful suggestions to prevent it from re-occurring. He was able to show us our blockage with the help of a really cool video camera in the drain. After he cut the tree roots out, we could see how clear it was. No extra charges, outrageous costs, or hidden fees - not even for a call that lasted several hours in the middle of the night. Highly recommended!

Great Customer Service. My kitchen drains backed up today and within one hour, Roto Rooter was at the door! Stephen Hughes was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He not only quickly got to the root of the problem and fixed it, but gave me some suggestions to ensure I didn't have a repeat problem. I've only been in this house for 2 years and Stephen gave me some good, common sense information about my plumbing system. Thanks for the fast and great customer service.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Jeffrey from the Stoughton, MA Roto Rooter came out to Plymouth to help us first thing Sunday morning after a Saturday evening service call. He corrected the issue to give us immediate help and also gave us advice for our septic visit that will probably save costly additional issues going forward. Great job.

Fantastic Service. I had a plumber, unable to do the snaking job on my washing machine / sink main line. He suggested calling RotoRooter. Thank everything I got Stephen Hughes. He was fantastic, always willing to explain everything he was doing, checking 3 different areas, unfailingly courteous. Best of all, he fixed the main issue while he was there, identified another potential issue and gave me a recommendation for a sewer guy, and then 99% fixed a third problem, while only charging me for the first. He said he felt it wasn't ethical to charge me for the (it must have been 2+ hours of work) when it wasn't 100% golden, like the main issue's fix. Incredible. Really. I'd adopt him.

roto-rooter plumbers. Mike was the plumber from stoughton, that came to my rescue. Had flood in cellar because of backup. He was very good, personable and explained all that he was doing and put my mind at ease. This is one of the best experiences I have had with a repair person and would not hesitate to call him or Roto-Rooter and also refer to family and friends in the future. Not enough stars deserves a 10!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. So, I had a washing machine that was backing up water into my sink and needed a plumber...FAST! The plumber we used to use had lost my confidence after the last time we used them and I needed to find a new one. I looked in the yellow pages and saw Roto-Rooter in Stoughton, and since I'm a huge fan of Ghost Hunters, I thought I'd try them. Josh, the plumber, was courteous and polite and was a very hard worker. Within an hour, the clog was cleared and I could resume my laundry duties with no more back--ups into my sink. Looks like I have a new plumber!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 28 April 2012. Super work! The service technician (Frank Cormo) stopped the leak below my sink and had everything working like new. I would definitely use this service again for any plumbing problems that I might have. Cheers!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. I called Roto-Rooter, and they came out the within hours of my call. The technician, Mike, was on time, knowldegeable, friendly, really made the effort to identify and solve the problem, which he did solve, and made me feel comfortable about the job and his abilities. I live in Lowell, MA but I guess the main office is in Stoughton, MA at 175 Maple Street. I would refer Roto Rooter and especially "my" technician Mike to anyone!
