Horrible Service. If I could have given this Lenscrafters zero stars, I would have. I went to Lenscrafters in Norwood on a Sunday afternoon and was absolutely horrified with the customer service. There were four employees and not one of them offered me any help. They stood around, one staring at me as though I were going to steal, and none offering help, in spite of the fact that staff far outnumbered the customers. One employee was carrying on a conversation on a cell phone on the floor. When I finally selected a pair of glasses, no thanks to the staff, and sought out an employee, he was incredibly rude. So much so that I left the glasses there. Absolutely horrifying, and as a result, they lost out on a sale.

KT25, My experience was excellent. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. The sunday staff is sometimes different, when I went in (on tuesday), the ladies were very pleasant. The doctor, however, is fantastic and I'd recommend him very highly

Best eye doctor. Great exam, my contacts are so comfortable, never saw better, didn't think it was possible given my very high prescription and astigmatism.
