great selection. buying my wedding gown was a breeze, the selection was great and everyone was nice and accommodating.

Worst service I have EVER experienced!!!!. If there was a star rating for horrible I would have chosen it, "eh" doesn't quite cut it... I came to Terry's Bridal to order a bridesmaids dress. They ordered my dress in the incorrect size. Then- they proceeded to charge me $85 dollars for alterations so that the incorrectly sized dress would fit. Throughout the fitting and alteration process the tailor was argumentative and nasty. As was the woman who operates the store, I'm assuming the owner?? Unfortunately, as I live out of state, I was unable to return to pick up the finished product. Today- the bride returned to pick up my dress. The alterations done are sloppy and the hem is messy and crooked. The manager refused to make any corrections or reimburse me. The work done here is unacceptable and overpriced and the management is BEYOND rude. The bride left in tears. Don't recommend, their customer service is appalling.

Only good things to say. I have ordered my dress and bridesmaid dresses at Terry's Bridal. I have only good things to say so far. Carmella and Terry have been very attentive and helpful each time we have been to the shop.

fit my "vision". After visiting stores all over the north and south shore I finally found the bridesmaids dress that fit my "vision" at Terry's Bridal. After having been in so many shops already, I was pleasantly surprised with all of the selection at this shop. They carry many designers and a huge range of styles. My friend and I just went through all of the racks and picked out styles to try on. The salespeople are very nice and are helpful when you ask questions.

Once the money was given for the dress, poor service began.
Had a great time picking out the dress, great selection, but once I actually paid for the dress I was treated poorly at best.
I stopped in with a friend (no customers in the shop) to show her my dress. The woman was grumpy, would not let me look at my dress (that I had already paid for), and told me that it was not allowed because I might get it dirty. Ridiculous.
All 7 of my bridesmaids bought their dresses at Terry's and all were made to feel like they were imposing on different occasions.
The real icing on the cake was when my young (16 yr old) cousin went to put on her "altered" bridesmaids dress on the wedding day- it was held together by PINS!!! Not kidding! The poor girl was poked all through the ceremony because they had given her the dress without completing the alterations. She paid for the alterations, picked up the dress 2 days before the wedding where they failed to tell her the alterations were not completed. Completely unprofessional.
