Awful Customer Service

I rented a limo from this company for a friends bachelor party and the limo showed up dirty and with a cracked windshield. The driver was great, but the ownership is very unresponsive and rude. We had serious mechanical issues with our limo and it took us over an hour to get into Boston when it should have take 20 minutes. Our limo couldn't go faster than 25 miles per hour on the highway!! I talked with the manager about a refund of some of my money and he was rude and disrespectful. He told me that there was no problem with a limo going 25 miles per hour all the way into Boston! I would never, never, never recommend this business and have never had a worse customer service experience in my life! Stay away from LZ Limo service.
