The delivery man could not find the address and it seemed like it was well over an hour from my initial order. They were extremely late and then called and said they were on their way in 10 min. I was worried that by that time the food would have already been very cold so I tried to cancel the order. The man on the phone was very rude and yelled screaming at me over the phone and said "how about we cancel the order and you never call here again and hung up". I think this was extremely poor customer service and I had to call back to make sure my credit card wasn't processed. The person who answered the phone should have apologized for not being able to find our address and offered to make us new food that was warm which would have been the right thing to do. I don't feel like I should have to pay for cold food because the driver got lost and was very late. I felt distrustful afterward and wished I hadn't in good faith given my credit card over the phone and a tip to pay in advance. Very poor customer service!
