best breakfast on the planet. Oh my God!!! The Oh my God is to die for, even better, step it up a notch and go for the Joey K(my personal favorite). I would gladly spend double for the concoctions coming out of this kitchen. I'm there on opening day and I'm there on closing day every year with as many trips between as I can. This truly is THE BEST BREAKFAST ON THE PLANET. I also recommend the steak tips and eggs, filet mignon eggs benny, and whatever french toast special they offer that day!! I love everything about Arthur and Pat's, I've been going since I was a young child and have no plans of stopping anytime soon. Still two more months til opening day scheduled for April 10, 2009. Bring your wallets and your appetites nobody leaves hungry!!!
Ripped off!. A long time between visits but not long enough! Breakfast for 2 at a cost of over $30.00 at that location. I don't think so! The $12.00 omelets were very, very average plus we were charged for the onions in our homefries. Service was ok but it took a long time for our food to be delivered. Absolutely will not return!
great food, great staff. If you are looking for an amazing breakfast not found anywhere else I highly recommend Arthur and Pat's. Everything is made from scratch, herbs from their herb garden and a terrific staff. If you are lucky enough to be there when the lunch menu is available try the fried clams, the best I've had. I have made it my mission to try everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Great food and alot of it. It's busy, can be noisy, and the wait staff is flying around and friendly. I love the ambience. Dee and company have made a treasure on the south shore. Keep it up.
Terrible Service. excellent french toast Terrible Service!!!. The waitress we had was rude, rude, rude and I would have loved to complain if I thought something would have changed but I think she was the manager. We love the french toast and thought this was going to be our new weekend breakfast place but after the last visit with the waitress being so rude I will never bring my family back there again. It just doesn't make it worth it.
Art hates Pat. I entered the sorry excuse for a hip sea shanty, which serves mediocre food. After many suggestions and urgings from the local bumpkins, I went. To my dismay it didn't live up to the expectation they set in my head. The owners try to set a casual atmosphere, by placing wit filled posters on the wall depicting many sorts of sea creatures, although it was like a bunch of non-comdedic townies got together and tried to make the vacationers laugh, and most likely that is what happend, and they failed. The place is for people who are obsessed with Aerosmith because they live in their town, not for the music. The same is for this, the only reason why Art & Pat's stands above the rest is because the rest are awful, so in a village of midgets, the guy who is 5'10' rules, as is with this.
