Mr. Duffy prefers to use this as a sounding board rather than return my phone calls. We have installed over 100 windows in this E Boston condo without complaint (s).
This installation was done over 1 year ago.
If this complaint is valid then a 1/4" leak on such large windows would allow so much water into his 5th floor unit Mr. Duffy would need a row boat.
I again will reach out through this format and ask Mr. Duffy to contact us to resolve whatever issue he might or might not have…
Horrible experience!. Horrible experience. The company that they subcontracted through did a poor installation, failing to add a sill pan, installing a dented arch above the window, and leaving a 1/4 inch gap in-between the stacked windows. This poor installation resulted in significant water leakage. Mastercraft then tried a work around that wasn't to my HOA's specifications and wouldn't correct it. Doesn't anyone care about their work anymore? Use someone else!…
