Horrible customer service.
I ordered flowers for next day delivery. After numerous attempts to obtain confirmation of delivery, I was told the flowers were not delivered that day because "no one was home," (which I know was not true). I asked then if I would be notified when delivery did occur. Again, when there was no communication, I called back and was told that the flowers were finally delivered. When I expressed frustration at the lack of follow-through and stated I probably would not use their services again, the person with whom I was speaking, answered, "Good, then don't! and hung up on me. And they guarantee "100% customer satisfaction" on their website?????
Impossible to get a representative from the company on the phone. Left three messages with an answering service on the west coast that handles calls for hundreds of flower shops. The flowers I ordered for my sister for Mother's Day were never delivered. I also never received a return phone call to explain why.
