Excellent!. I leased a vehicle from Shaw Saab and the experience could not have been better!

I had always been hesitant to lease a vehicle because of all the horror stories I had heard about the return process. Dealing with car salespeople in general is about as appealing as a root canal. Not so with Shaw Saab.

Every interaction from the first day to the last was friendly and professional. I always felt respected, the office and shop was always clean, service was quick, and the return process was absolutely painless.

You Won't be Disappointed. We know Fred Shaw both personally and professionally. He is a man of integrity and runs his business as he conducts his life, with honesty and respect. We are very happy with the car we purchased from Shaw Saab and with the service we have learned to count on and appreciate. Your car will be serviced well and in a timely manner; if repairs require time, there is always a great loaner made available. Shaw Saab is run like businesses of the past.

Exceptional Dealership. I have purchased many cars from this dealership over the past 25 years. Fred Shaw is a true professional who has always personally provided me with knowledgeable, courteous, and honest service. Last year I was devastated when my SAAB was totaled and I had to find a replacement in a relatively short time frame. Fred listened attentively to my needs and quickly found a suitable car. I drove off the lot in a SAAB that surpassed my expectations. The service department headed by Karl, is a real asset to the dealership. All of my dealings with the service department has been excellent. A combination of expertise and communication makes this department top notch. Service was always performed in a reasonable amount of time. A loaner car was readily available if I ever needed one.

I would highly recommend this dealership! Totally satisfied, thanks!

"What we do in life . . . echoes in eternity.". My wife and I have/had four SAABs from Shaw SAAB (a four door 9/3, convertible, station wagon, and my SUV). I always tell people when they are buying a car or a lawnmower or any piece of machinery that will need service, "Go somewhere that has a solid service department. You are buying the service department, now just the car." It is comforting to know that I don't have to second guess the intentions of the Shaw SAAB service department because I know they are honest. They "get it." Just one conversation with the people at Shaw SAAB and tell me if you don't start to understand what I just mentioned.

Terrific Sales and Service. I have been a Saab owner since 1984. As a result I have experienced the sales and service operations of several different dealerships. None of them is better than Shaw Saab. The sales and service staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very accomodating. As a result I often recommend people to Shaw Saab because I know that they will have a great experience and come away feeling good about their purchase or service experience.

Finally, the Saab product is very good and reliable.

Best customer service. My wife bought her Saab convertible from this dealership. She said that this was a wonderfull experience with every steps explained in details. She has been there for service and she always look forward to going there because of the outstanding personal touches that she gets there. She has received personal calls from the owner making sure that she was satisfied with her service. She brings her car in to have winter tires mounted and the summer ones are cleaned and put into plastic bags. How much better can that be?

She will buy her next car from this dealership and she will be personally thanked by the owner, just like he did with her new car, just like he does with all his customers.

When you advertise your last name on your building(Shaw), you want customers to have a pleasant experience, and He does exactly that, everytime !!!

first class dealer. I'm driving my second Saab. Fred Shaw and his staff take pride in their relationships and present themselves in a very professional manner. They are honest and responsible in their dealings to give the customer a comfort level second to none. Their facility is "state of the art" and unbelievably clean. I have never experienced a better relationship with any dealer in all my 49 years of driving!

Where the owner is always available to help. From the day that I purchased my new 1988 Saab 900 Convertible I knew that Shaw Saab was unlike any other dealership. The President of the dealership participated personally in the transaction and located financing that made my desire for a top of the line model affordable. During visits to the dealership for routine maintenance I was always greeted by the owners and sales staff, all of whom treated me like family. In 1992 I purchased a second new Saab. During one service visit, the service writer recommended a maintenance to prevent failure of the timing chain. When I disregarded the service writer's recommendation and ended up with major engine damage, I fully expected a lecture ie: "I told you so" and a walk to the sales department for a new car. Instead, Shaw Saab president, Frederick Shaw advocated for me with the manufacturer and secured financial contribution toward the purchase of a rebuilt engine. I managed to get several more years of trouble free driving from that car. During one visit to Shaw Saab I casually mentioned to Shaw Saab Vice President Raymond Shaw that I regretted selling my 1988 convertible. I subsequently received a call from Raymond Shaw advising that he had a used convertible with the identical body style to my old 1988. He was able to confirm that the vehicle had been maintained well. I wanted the car, but was informed that it was a standard. I had never driven a standard automobile. Raymond invited me to the dealership and taught me how to drive the standard. I bought the car and continue to enjoy driving it during all mild temperature days. I have now purchased 4 Shaw Saab automobiles and continue to be impressed with the personal attention afforded customers from all dealership staff. The service department is second to none and continues to be headed by Karl-Erik, a talented master technician who hails from Sweden. Well done! Look forward to my next purchase.

Best car dealership we have ever used. We have bought all our personal and business vehicles from Shaw since it was relocated to the superior site in Norwell. We have purchased 4 cars from this dealership and the experience has been superb. Service has been fantastic. They are knowledgeable, professional and economic. We also love the product! We will never buy a vehicle from anyone else.

Worth Coming from NJ for. I have wanted a SAAB forever, and when I was finally ready to take the plunge Fred Shaw and his team were fabulous in helping me get the best car I've ever had. They went above and beyond the call of duty, answering my questions, even over the Christmas holiday. They made it easy.

I had a trade-in and they worked with me on getting top dollar for that as well. When I arrived to drive the car home, all the paper work was done, and it was washed and ready for me to get back on the road back down to NJ. I think there was even a tear in their eye when they had to say good -bye to the car! They made me promise to bring it back for a visit!

When ever I have a question about my car I just e-mail or call them and I get an answer right away. I can go to my local Saab dealer and be well informed on what exactly I need before I go.

If I ever had a question or a problem I know that Fred and his crew would be right there working with me to find an answer. When the time comes for a new car, I will be returning to Shaw Saab. I would also recommend it to anyone who asked.
