Excellent!. I leased a vehicle from Shaw Saab and the experience could not have been better! I had always been hesitant to lease a vehicle because of all the horror stories I had heard about the return process. Dealing with car salespeople in general is about as appealing as a root canal. Not so with Shaw Saab.

Exceptional Dealership. I have purchased many cars from this dealership over the past 25 years. Fred Shaw is a true professional who has always personally provided me with knowledgeable, courteous, and honest service. Last year I was devastated when my SAAB was totaled and I had to find a replacement in a relatively short time frame. Fred listened attentively to my needs and quickly found a suitable car. I drove off the lot in a SAAB that surpassed my expectations. The service department headed by Karl, is a real asset to the dealership. All of my dealings with the service department has been excellent. A combination of expertise and communication makes this department top notch. Service was always performed in a reasonable amount of time. A loaner car was readily available if I ever needed one.

"What we do in life . . . echoes in eternity.". My wife and I have/had four SAABs from Shaw SAAB (a four door 9/3, convertible, station wagon, and my SUV). I always tell people when they are buying a car or a lawnmower or any piece of machinery that will need service, "Go somewhere that has a solid service department. You are buying the service department, now just the car." It is comforting to know that I don't have to second guess the intentions of the Shaw SAAB service department because I know they are honest. They "get it." Just one conversation with the people at Shaw SAAB and tell me if you don't start to understand what I just mentioned.…
