I stumbled into Joseph's Fine Jewelry in Franklin, MA and what a surprise. Talk about a down to earth, friendly staff, a busy shop, very nice displays of all kinds of jewelry. The buzz in Franklin is this is where to go if you are looking for something special or need some work done. Check it out. Guarantee no disappointments. P.S. High prices paid here for scrap gold and silver.

"SARCASTIC, RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!". Let me start out by saying this place is "WAY OVERPRICED!!!" Joseph the owner is "SARCASTIC, RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!" Says he has been in this business for 30 years, his workmanship, knowledge and attitude totally say other wise! I highly recommend that you don't waste your time or money here!!!

the absolute worst !!. The one star I have given this "jewler" is 1 too many.

This man pretty much ruined my engagement ring and caused a lot of stress and anger in the process nearly draining all of the fun and happiness out of the occassion.

Given the choice I would not set foot in this place, and if you do, consider yourself warned.

The customer service is at best pathetic.

This is the type of shop that once they have your money you no longer exist to them and they make no secret about it.

There isn't a single individual who works there who is helpful or knowledgeable in any way.

They should not even be in business.
