Wonderful Vacation. My family and I just returned from a Globus tour of Germany and Austria which Terry booked for us at her Dedham Travel Agency. She made all the arrangements for us including our flight arrangements on Lufthansa. We flew direct from Boston to Munich. At the end of our tour, we flew from Vienna back to Munich, where we spent a few more days visiting Germany on our own. Then we flew back to Boston from Munich. All of our flights were perfect. The Globus tour was excellent. and before we left, Terry got us a little more information about our tour than was in the Globus Itinerary that the Globus company sent to us. We have used Dedham Travel Agency for two other tours; a Trafalgar Tour of Rome, Florence and Venice, Italy and a Cosmos tour of Rome, Capri and Sorrento, Italy. Each time, all of our trips went smoothly. It is nice to know that we can go on a fabulous trip and Terry takes care of every detail to insure that we have a great experience..

Great experience. I have used Dedham Travel in the past and would use them again, Terry the owner is VERY knowledgeable.

Our trip to Hawaii went very smoothly, Hotels that she suggested was wonderful. Terry did my air tickets to multiple islands, transportation to/from the airport, car rentals, dinner shows. All of the little details were taken care and we were truly on vacation.

I would use a travel agent in a minute, especially Dedham Travel

Not using Dedham Travel was my mistake. Im writing because of my mistake in not using Dedham Travel.Ive dealt with Terry before and had no complaints.Everything was what I was promised but in booking my trip to Jamaica I felt that I was not getting what I asked for.Remeber,Be carefull what you ask for.I was being told to only stay where they wanted me to stay. So I decided to go to Colpitts.What a mistake,a10,000. dollar mistake.Yes they gave me a book with what looked like beautiful Resorts.I picked one and was assured that they had checked out the resort.Well.it had none of the things I was promised,nothing for kids and a total ripoff.And the air bookings were worse.they booked me connecting flights 45 minutes apart.Of course we missed our flights.In the end Terry from Dedham Travel had my best interest in mind.I should have listened to what she said because they stand behind the vacation they book for you. Unlike Colpitts.Your just a commision to them.I have no doubt Terry would have gotten me some form of compensation,Im sorry I didnt book with them and wont make that mistake again.

Wonderful Vacation all went Perfect!!. My husband and I had a wonderful experience planning our vacation to the Hard Rock Palace Resort in Punta Cana through DEDHAM TRAVEL! Terry Strauss the owner of the agency was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and took care of every detail. Not only did we have a great trip, but the process from the time we stepped into her agency to the end went so smoothly and perfect. We were very surprised reading the review from a former client dated Feb 26 2011 that they felt Dedham Travel is unorganized and offers poor service. We felt the total opposite and so very pleased we booked our trip through Dedham Travel . Not only did Terry plan a stress free vacation upon our return we found a beautiful bouquet of flowers welcoming us home it was delightful. I highly recommend DEDHAM TRAVEL to everyone we know!

The BEST customer service and experience HANDS DOWN!. I just want to share in my families experience with Dedham Travel. I have always been a big believer in do it yourself until my wife persuaded me to go to Dedham Travel and have a professional plan our vacation. It was the best decision we have ever made! Not only did Terry go above and beyond to be sure we were getting exactly the vacation we were looking for but she went the extra mile to follow up on how the vacation went, the flights, the hotel, the meals etc. We have recommended Terry to anyone we know that is thinking of a trip of any kind. Dedham Travel is now the only agency we will ever use!!

I am convinced now more than ever that going to a travel professional instead of on your own is the ONLY way to travel. If there is some sort of an emergency, flight delay, lost luggage etc. which of course is out of Terry's control, it is nice to know that you have someone to contact that will be sure to get the situation rectified. Try that with Travelocity or Expedia.

I am sorry that the former client that put a poor review about Dedham Travel on this site. What they have implied about the customer service being poor and the office being unorganized seems completely absurd. Not at any time did my wife or myself feel that there were any issues at all with either of those things.

UNORGANIZED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have used Dedham Travel on several occasions but in the past 2 years we have had a lot of headaches with this service. The office is unorganized and the agents have screwed up our flight plans on the last two trips resulting in additional expenses for hotels and missed flights due to errors in the itinerary generated by Dedham Travel. We will never do business with Dedham Travel again. Too many headaches for vacations that should be stress free.

Great advice, wonderful people. You would be crazy to go to any travel agency other than Dedham Travel! They're not just for Dedham, we live 20 miles away and made all our arrangements with Terry and Beth without ever visiting the office. We will call them right away when we start to plan our next vacation. This agency is thorough, personable and incredibly hard working.

Terry is awesome. This company is GREAT! Terry has a wealth of knowledge and will send you packing on the vk of your dreams at a great value! Excellent customer service, more than anyone can expect! Terry will go the extra mile and beyond to satisfy her customers. I have gone to other travel agents and was discusted. After booking a trip back in 2002 with Terry I will never go anywhere else but Dedham Travel!
