Beautiful selection overseen by a depressed and unfriendly staff. A chill in the air-- quickly obvious that not a warm and fuzzy place. Worth the drive to Barnes and Nobles.

Lovely bookstore. I really enjoy this bookstore. Each time I've gone, the owner has been on site and is enthusiastic about talking books. Great events!

Wonderful selection and staff!. Every time I need a toy or book for one of my 5 grand kids I find something educational, fun and great quality. I have given a lot of unusual toys that you don't find in other chain toy stores that my grand kids have loved!

When a book I am looking for is not available the staff have been very helpful in ordering it for me and getting it to me quickly.

One of the best parts is the free gift wrapping they provide! Especially if I've been procrastinating, I know just where to go!

Snobby help- walk around with their noses in the air. The staff there are extremely snobby. Their attitude is a real turnoff and I don't think I'll shop there again.

Horrible customer service. This is a horrible store! Terrible customer service, not friendly to children (even though it's a toy store), and overpriced. Also, be careful if you buy anything b/c they will not give you a refund ever- even if you have the original package and receipt...only a store credit. I hope another bookstore/toy store will come into town and take over!
