Bad Purchasing experience

I purchased a Quadra Fire Edge 60. The Stove Depot delivered a defective stove. The fireplace was damaged on three sides. It did not contain the installation manuals.
In the process of delivery, they damaged my home.
Worst experience that I had as a consumer.
Avoid this place at all costs.
- Pros: One of the few places that carries Quadra Fire
- Cons: Did not deliver the stove as advertise

Don't shop here!!!!

Avoid this place like the plague! I would drive an extra 100 miles to do business somewhere else! After spending $2400 on a stove, I had some issues with the unit, and called for a service call. Technician figured out in 2 minutes that it was a venting problem, only problem is he doesn't touch vents, only stoves. The $150 charge was for a useless 15 minutes, most of which was spent with me complaining that this was such a rip-off.
- Pros: Good display of products
- Cons: nothing in stock, poor sales service, bad after-service, unreasonable
