Don't eat here!! If you're hungry and in the mood for seafood, go somewhere that values and respects its customers, charges fair prices, serves tasty food, and doesn't get your money upfront to avoid having to stand by its quality of service. Basically, go anywhere except Seawitch in Peabody, MA. What started as a pleasant family dining experience ended up becoming one of those hard-to-believe stories you tell your friends later. First of all, I've had equally good meals at Higgins middle school cafeteria as a kid, only they cost 2 dollars instead of 70 for 4 people. Secondly, an unfortunate waitress accidentally spilled an entire glass of pepsi on my lap. Now although she was very nice and appropriately remorseful and brought me plenty of dry towels, her superior the on-duty part owner Zissis Klisiaris probably should have taken some lessons from her in how to deal with other human beings (much less paying customers). I guess he decided that instead of coming out to apologize or perhaps make some kind of compensatory offer like any manager or owner with a fully functioning brain would, he came by and asked me to give back the towels I was using to dry my sopping wet jeans, so he could dry the rug. I refused his absurd request and continued drying myself. He responded by giving me a very hostile look and walking away grumbling to himself, still no apology, no offer for a free dessert, a percentage off the check, or to pick up the dry cleaning tab. Nothing, zip. So before I departed from the substandard second-rate establishment, I had a few words with the even more substandard third-rate excuse for a restauranteer, Mr. Klisiaris. I told him he may want to try saying 'sorry' to a customer, just for practice to get a feel for it, and explained that asking for the towels back was inappropriate. He responded by arguing that he needed those towels to dry the rug. In conclusion, my advice about this restaurant is DON'T GO THERE!! (as Tyra Banks would say)

Pros: nice waitresses and cashiers

Cons: the food is bad and overpriced and the owner is not nice to customers

One of the worst meals we have ever had. Seemed to skimp on everything--only 2 small rolls in the basket, the wine was warm (we order white), both entrees were tasteless, dry and overpriced. The restaurant was cold, it is served semi-cafeteria style. The wait staff was surly, couldn't substitute a small salad (even paying extra) for one of the side dishes. There are so many other better restaurants in the area. We won't go back.
