“The food was great, the wait staff was helpful,”
Hands down our favorite restaurant in Boston!. We fell in love with Estragon the first time we went (when they first opened) and it is still our favorite spot. We bring friends in large and small groups--great dishes for trying new things and sharing. Drinks (Sangria especially) are delicious and creative. The owners and staff are always friendly and the service is always great...it's a tapas place, don't expect to be rushed through courses...you're supposed to relax and enjoy.
Great for sharing and trying new things!!. Need a place to go tonight? Crawl out of your shell and head to the South End and bring your appetite because you will be eating at Estragon. Service caters to your personal dining experience and with tapas choice are plentiful and diverse for all tastes. The sangria is a must drink and will help loosen your mood for the start to an evening that does not involve your couch and on-demand movies. Price is mid-range for Boston and worth donning a dress and hot sandals - or for the men out there one of your dressier shirts please.
Editorial Review. The South End's most authentic spot for tapas is a retro interpretation of life in Spain, from the decor to the music to the cuisine.
