UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!!!!!

I called to ask about tickets to the Comedy Club located inside Prince. I asked how much tickets were to a particular show and if there were many tickets left, as I wasn't quite sure yet what my friends' plans were. The guy on the other end responded with, "Ma'am, what is this, a quiz?" I couldn't believe my ears!!!

I called up later & this man answered again. I asked to speak to a manager. The man said he was a manager. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he said he's actually not just a manager, but the OWNER!! Are you kidding me??? I own a business also and I wouldn't ever DARE speak to my clients this way. Great way to alienate customers!!! I can't believe they've been in business this long with him as the owner.

The best pepperoni/black olive/extra cheese pizza you will ever eat. I prefer take-out because the restaurant gets pretty crowded with a lot of noisy kids during peak hours. But you can't beat the food or the friendly owners and workers. This place has been a Rte. 1 icon since way back in the days when it was The Leaning Tower. I hope they stay in business for ever.
