Appalling service. I visited the Lone Star Steakhouse a week ago on a trip back from NH. I am still in shock from the lousy service we received. Having to ask for bread after 20 mins, having to wait for silverware for 5 mins after our entrees were delivered. The waitress didn't even notice that we didn't have any and scooted off for 5mins before returning with our side dishes. And, to complete the evening, took her tip without even a "thank you". I will never return.
