I had been suffering from bad skin for about ten years now, therefore, you can believe me when I say that I have done a lot (and I mean a lot) of facials. I have also been in quite a few spa places and seen a large number of facial specialists. The place is very tranquil with superb personnel. It allows you to forget about your daily problems, and dive into a world of comfort and relaxation. The spa personnel take care of you from the minute you step into the place. They make sure all of your needs are attended. They are very professional in everything they do. Gail does a fantastic job with the facials! (Both Customized and European). She is very attentive and is always great in finding the right product combination specifically for my skin. She makes sure I understand exactly what to do and in what order to do it (The people with problematic skin know how important the order is!). But please, don't take my word for it. You have to come and experience it for yourself.
Pros: Excellent quality, Highly professional, Great Products, Very relaxing

Best facials I've ever had! Better than ones I had in Paris, France... and boy were they good! Gail is just wonderful at making you feel welcome and relaxed through the whole facial process... and what a good job she does! My face always looks 5 years younger when I walk out of there! Love her products too... she gets me on track on what my face needs and she's so knowledgeable..... my skin has been looking better than ever and I'm over 65 (hate that)!!!
Pros: Just very satisfied all around with treatments, personnel, location, etc.
