I am that person that you are afraid to go out to eat with becouse i will complaine over the slightest mistake and ask for a manager... Wich is why i was so saprized to have such an amazing first visit to this breath taking salon. As soon as i walked in the front door i was greated by smiling faces. A verry handsome young man named anthony introduced himself to me. He offerd to take my coat and offerd me a drink. Then he gave me a "guest welcome folder" that had a price list, buisness cards,Salon history and a staff photo.then anthony took me on a tour of the salon. Yes ladies a tour. Anthony told me about there product line AVEDA and introduced me to the owners who took the time to shake my hand and welcome me. Anthony showed me where my coat had been hung where there bathroom was located. He also explained what i could expect at the shampoo area a scalp massage, hand treatment and a steam towel. He also told me about there many spa services. Along the way almost every stylist said hello to me with a smile. I then sat in the waiting area to waite for my stylist. During my 2 min waite there had been fresh grapes, apples.cookies and crakers to snack on... My stylist amy took 20 min to talk to me about my new hair style. I whent there with the intentions to take of 5 inch's... she was so friendly and gave me the best hair cut i have ever had. i will defintly be sending all my friends to indra salon to see my new stylist Amy. I was so happy i booked my next 3 appts.. Also i would like to add. Almost every one at the salon said good bye to me and told me how good i looked on my way out.. The customer service at indra salon was a ten. Every one had a smile on there face in this building.

Everybody knows Jose is good at hair, he's the guru. With sophisticated, sleek, cutting edge techniques, his talens are comprehensive. Jose is truly an artist, as he is able to accomodate individual needs and styles, with his unique vision and impressive background. He is one of the only licensed hairstylists to do Yuko treatments, and does a fabulous job at it. Jose is not just good at what he does, he is a good person and always offers his generous spirit to clientelle. He is well known and well respected, and he really put a lot of great insight into Indra Salon. He leaves his mark wherever he goes, and really people do love him. I love my hair and I love Jose, everybody loves JB.
