Wow! Renovating the old horseshoe cafe into the new horseshoe grille was definately a smart choice to make. I knew of the old horseshoe for some time, but mostly ordered out rather than dining in because of the bar-like atmosphere. With the renovation, however, the horseshoe grille is one of my favorite places to attend! The salads are delicious and always fresh, as is the seafood entrees. My new meal of choice is the panko chicken. The mustard sauce is uniquely delicious and there is enough chicken to last me two days! Along with the great food is also great service. The staff is warm, respectful, and super friendly. I recommend the horseshoe to family, friends, and co-workers. Go check it out- You won't be disappointed!

I went to the Horseshoe Grill for lunch today, I drove up from downtown Boston, well worth the ride. The atmosphere is great, its been around for 80 years, 80 years!! I noticed all the bbq awards on the wall so I decided to order the brisket sandwich. Ive eaten at a bunch of bbq restaurants and my complaint is always that the portions are too small. I was surprised to see how large the brisket sandwich was, there was meat overflowing out the sides. There is extra bbq sauce on the table but they will bring you some spicy bbq on the side if you ask, def ask for it! Needless to say I will not only be returning but I will be recommending horseshe grill to anyone and everyone.
Pros: service, food, bbq sauce
Cons: its not closer to my house.
