Nothing but spectacular =). Everyone who works at this salon/day spa is always so nice and welcoming! i receive what i want and more! i also get massages there which are very relaxing! Excellent work! I highly recomend it.

Great place if you want to pay a lot of $$ for terrible work. Rachel was my stylist and she completely ruined my hair during what was a routine procedure (root touch-up). She turned my light brown hair w/ blonde highlights into dark brown hair w/ red highlights! I was told to come back the next day and have the head colorist fix my hair, and so I spent 3 hours with her as she attempted to salvage my hair color without any luck. End result - dark brown hair with faint red highlights (still). It was a nightmare!! The owner was very rude, defensive, and arrogant when I attempted to speak to him about the terrible job and a refund of my $145. He refused a refund and didn't even apologize. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! Nothing like Newbury St, trust me (I've been there)!
